Walk and the river
Riverwalk. Shops, restaurants, and the photos everyone takes. From Oak Street it starts about a block away. From Broadway you are already in downtown — a short walk to the river overlook.
Boat launch. Next to the Oak Street house. Bring the boat, kayaks, or canoes. Broadway guests will want a car or a short walk/Uber for the launch.
Upper Dells boat tours or the sunset dinner cruise if you want someone else to drive.
Downtown
- The District — newer hangout, views and food.
- Yeti Yard Next Level Adventure — 640-foot elevated go-kart track and 18-hole mini golf on the ground.
- Elm Street Plaza — summer nights, farmers markets, seasonal stuff.
- Wizard’s Quest — downtown attraction.
- Arcade PVP Bar — arcade games and a drink.
- Massage R Us — downtown Dells.
- Downtown shops — wander. You do not need a plan.
Eat and drink
- Ice cream / gelato at Goody Goody Gum Drop, or Huckleberry for ice cream and sundaes. Bakery items there too.
- Breakfast or dinner at The Vue.
- Breakfast at The Keg.
- Lunch at High Rock Cafe.
- The Keg or Showboat Saloon if you want a night out. Walk there. Come home quiet — city quiet hours are 24/7 at the houses.
